How to Fold a Fitted Sheet

You just saw how to fold a fitted sheet in 30 seconds. Now we’ll show you step by step.

To start off, take a short end of your fitted sheet and place it on a flat surface in front of you. Then grab your bottom corners one at a time, turn them inside out, and tuck them inside of your top corners.

At this point, it’s helpful if you shake it out with your hands inside the corners to ensure a neat, even fold. Next put the sheet back on your flat surface with the elastic facing in. Create a nice, square-like shape.

Then, take the top and fold it over about a third of the way, smoothing it out as you go. Then bring the bottom to the top. Finally, bring the outside edges to meet in the center. Fold it in half one more time, and there you go, a perfectly folded fitted sheet.
