Take it at your own pace. Decide that today you will study the first 15 seconds of a short video. Make your goal to hear individual words. Or let the goal be to hear how words that run together sound while reading the actual words in the text.

Realize that whether you master the whole video or progress slightly on the first 15 seconds of it, you have still taken a baby step forward. Be encouraged!
